Founding Coach for Maven’s Course Accelerator course

What: I served as a Founding Coach during a course designed by Wes Kao, the Cofounder of Maven. The focus of my independent work was working with Course Creators to help them shape and launch their courses on the Maven platform.

Main objectives:

• Community building for the 70+ aspiring Cohort-Based Course Instructors

• Feedback on brand new landing pages, course design, and course launch plans

• Accountability: launching a new project requires support. My goal was to listen to ambitions and targets and help a Course Creator work backwards from there to launch.

Maven is a new platform for cohort-based courses (CBCs) started by the founders of Udemy, altMBA, and Socratic. The company is funded by a16z, First Round Capital, and others.
