2024 has been a special year. I am grateful for so much, thank you!
2024 Overview: I recently wrote about the 6 Things That Moved The Needle In 2024. As I look toward 2025, I am mostly focused doubling-down on these things.
Here is a snapshot of some other core things that occupy my time and mind (in no order):
C3: In 2024, I hosted four “C3” mini-conferences for community builders and creators. If you are a community builder in NYC, please say hello! I wrote about how you might be able to host a mini-conference here too. Reach out if you are thinking about hosting one!
Hosting Events: In 2024, I hosted ~31 Podcast Mixers. *I think* I am going to host less events in 2025, so that I can focus on hosting high-quality events like mini-conferences.
Podcasting: I recently crossed 350 episodes of my show. 6+ years, every week. What a journey that keeps on giving and evolving to fit my current interests at the moment. In 2024, the Chief of Staff Network launched a new podcast, which has been fun! Two shows at the same time, here we go!
Chief of Staff Network: I have been working at this membership-based community for 3+ years. I love the people I work for. I helped produce 60+ IRL events in 2024 and I would expect this number to increase in 2025. Please say hello if you are a Chief of Staff!
NYC/Williamsburg/Friendship: my friends in NYC mean so much with friendship being at the center of my life. I am trying to “do life” with my friends more. And, so far, living in NYC has continued to get better with more time here for me.
